Backup Enterprise Technical Support with French + English
Responsibilities:
∙ Work as part of a team providing professional and comprehensive support to clients customers.
∙ Dealing with customer technical issues over the telephone on a daily basis using a call tracking system.
∙ Providing customer feedback on their issues as they are progressed and record any interactions within the case handling system.
∙ Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing a professional service and swift resolution to all customer issues
∙ Recreating problems in house and providing evidence where bug fixes are required
Requirements:
• Fluency in French – B2 and above
• Good command of English language – B2
• Good knowledge in operating systems, internet connectivity, web browsers, firewalls, anti-virus software, MS Office
• Basic user level familiarity of Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server OS)
• Basic networking knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills – technical
• Microsoft Windows / Desktop and Server – certification not required but good working knowledge
• Knowledge in these areas is desirable and will be considered an advantage - SQL / Database awareness /Email / Active Directory awareness / Linux / Virtualization
