Proxiad SEE is a French company that has been present on the Bulgarian market for over 18 years, specializing in providing IT services and creating complex web-based business software for leading companies worldwide, particularly those operating in the financial and banking sectors, as well as companies offering business software solutions. They work with clients in Switzerland, France, Germany, Canada, and other countries, with long-term projects (75% of their clients have been with them for more than five years).

Proxiad SEE offers a wide range of services covering the entire lifecycle of software product creation, maintenance, and development. We develop business applications for leading high-tech companies from Western Europe and North America in the fields of financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, procurement, energy, and more.
In 2022, we introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy, a hybrid workplace management system, and GROW, a performance management software. These products exemplify our ability to innovate and adapt to the changing demands of the workplace and the performance management landscape.
In January 2024, as part of the Proxiad SEE technology company in Bulgaria, a new subsidiary, Proxiad Health Tech, was launched. A team of Bulgarian IT specialists and biomedical engineers is already working on various healthcare projects. The company's goals for this year are to attract new clients and further expand its expertise and teams in this area.
Proxiad SEE is part of the Proxiad Group, which employs over 1,300 IT professionals across a total of 9 offices in France, 1 office in Tunisia, 1 in Morocco, 2 offices in Bulgaria, and 1 in North Macedonia.

In addition to this, we constantly offer Java internship programs in Sofia and Plovdiv. These are suitable for individuals with basic academic knowledge of Java. After a 3 to 6-month paid internship period, we offer the opportunity for permanent employment as a professional Java Developer.
